Pipette-Guide-96 – A tablet app for enabling quick picking or adding of different volumes to wells of a microtiter plate (also works on smartphones). Start from the highest volume and go down. Takes less than 20 minutes to take different volumes from 96 wells into a single tube (e.g. pool genomic libraries for sequencing). Faster than any robot I’ve worked with.
WideVariant – A Snakemake pipeline and companion Python module for precision SNV analysis from microbial genomes. WideVariant enables a user to rationally set filter thresholds for a given dataset, using interactive charts and a data structure that enables drilldown into the raw data for *across* all samples at each candidate genomic position.
